Delivery & Returns
Orders Placed Over the Weekend
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will also be dispatched on Monday.
Choosing “Next Working Day” delivery on a weekend means your parcel will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
Fast Delivery
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) → dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm (Mon–Fri) → dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends → dispatched Monday.
All deliveries are sent with tracking details provided in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aims for tracked 48hr delivery, but please allow up to 5 working days.
Note: Orders dispatched on Friday will usually arrive on Monday.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 4:00 pm are dispatched the same day, Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this are dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 working days, including Saturdays.
This service is free for orders over £50; orders under £50 incur a £2.99 delivery charge.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery applies to mainland UK addresses only. Currently, this excludes:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
We’re actively working on options to extend free delivery to these areas.
Returns
Due to the fragile and made-to-order nature of fragrance samples, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email sales@zamoori.co.uk immediately with photographic evidence. Refunds for damaged parcels are only possible if the item was signed for as damaged upon receipt.

Returns Policy
Return window: Unopened, unused full-size products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Fragrance samples are non-returnable as they are made to order.
At Zamoori, every fragrance sample is freshly prepared to order, making each unique to your selection. Because of this, our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail.
Non-Returnable Items
Fragrance samples are decanted and rebottled specifically for you in the size you choose (1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 15ml). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), these products are classed as made-to-order and are non-returnable once preparation has begun.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed.
Order Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided preparation has not yet started.
- Once your order is in progress, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Bulk orders (3 units or more of the same product) are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty, leaking, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@zamoori.co.uk with photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a refund, and
- Cover reasonable return postage costs (if applicable).
Please note: for us to process a refund on a damaged parcel, the package must be signed for as damaged on delivery.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We cannot process returns for:
- Samples or products that have been opened or used
- Goods returned without prior agreement
- Items returned outside of the agreed timeframes (1 day)
